To maintain its status as the premier veterinary institution in the Philippines and compete globally. The biggest problem in the buildings of the CVM Los Batios campus is the leaking roofs. There is a need for a repaint of the other College buildings, particularly on the Los Banos campus.

There is also a need to construct a separate building for the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences. The new building will house DVCS premises, departmental laboratories and a model Veterinary Hospital. It is also necessary to install padlocks on doors and grilles on all windows, as well as accordion doors at all entrances and exits () to the facilities.

At least one bus is needed to transport students on study trips, laboratory teaching in Tabon and at various stations in the Veterinary Clinics. There is also a need to repair one of the buses for condemnation as well as budget for the repair and maintenance of existing vehicles.
