From the deep wellsprings of Wesley-based paradigms, they reflect on the work of the Church and its mission in the world. The primary purpose of the Doctor of Ministry is to provide continuing education for practicing ministers. The APNTS Doctor of Ministry degree in Transformational Ministry is recognized by the Commission on Higher Education of the Philippines.

The focus of the Doctor of Ministry will be "Transformational Ministry". The Foundational Core courses are offered twice a year in blocks of two weeks. DM 901–2 Leading Missionary Communities of Discipleship and Practice (6) DM 911–2 The Bible in Ministry Context, Preaching, and Practice (6). Explores methods, approaches, and examples of successful transformational ministry throughout the history of the Christian Church, particularly in Asia and the Pacific.

Examine the meaning of community and how it fits into the concept of the body of Christ. Conflict must be either "issue-based conflict" or "identity-based conflict," the latter being much more difficult to resolve. The majority of the requirements in the classes relate to their roles and ministries.

A mentor will be assigned to the student at the beginning of the study program.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Take responsibility for initiating a proposal for the elective portion of my program and paying for all elective fees. Read and adhere to the policies and guidelines of the Doctor of Ministry Handbook published by APNTS. Twelve weeks of pre-seminar online work in the student's setting, facilitated by the instructors, including pre-seminar reading (normally pages) and writing assignments of the instructor's choice.

The committee will consider the student's progress as well as their MRP proposal at this time before approving the student as a "candidate" for the D. To help the student determine how the content of the seminar courses can best be applied in a ministerial context. During the first seminar course, the student will submit their nomination list to the Ministerial Participation Committee with their names, titles/positions, reasons for selection and the email address at. The program director will either approve or reject the composition of the committee and communicate this to the student and to the assigned mentor.

The Program Director will provide information and guidance to the Designated Mentor regarding approval, partial approval, or full disapproval of committee members and the designated chairperson. The Chair of the Ministry Participation Committee, after each meeting and on the date specified in each course syllabus, will write a report using the Ministry Participation Committee Report Form and give it to the student who will submit it course instructors, Designated Mentor. , and D. The due date for the Ministry Attendance Report for each Core Course will be the first day of the month following the due date of the project or final assignment after the workshop.

This section must provide validation to the way in which all the reviewed literature is connected to inform the researcher towards a methodological approach to the project. A representative of the Academic Dean will review the student's library edition of the Departmental Research Document submission for compliance with the standards listed below. The student is responsible for submitting the signed copies to the Registrar's Office for binding one week before the exam including a hard copy of the Ministry's research document for the APNTS library.

The leaves (pages) of the copies must not have binding holes or other changes. The decision/recommendations of the academic dean and the registrar's office are final, appeals can be made to the APNTS faculty via D.

It is recommended that by the end of the second core seminar course (short track) each student must submit a completed elective proposal form with accompanying syllabi (see template below) for approval. Program Director, using faculty input, will evaluate the Elective Proposal Form according to the standards below and in the context of the student's general professional direction. All Elective work must be satisfactorily completed prior to final approval of the student's MRP project document.
