In the meantime, the 2015 version of the survey is being prepared, with more schools participating (including University of San Carlos (Cebu) and Xavier University (Cagayan de Oro)). Membership of the Board of Trustees of the FEU Alumni Foundation was expanded to include representation from the Institute and a new board was elected. So the conclusion can only be: even before the strategy formulation exercises, FEU is already well prepared as a top university in the Philippines.

ACADEMIC AFFAIRS

Faculty members of the Institute of Fine Arts and Architecture (IARFA) had an exhibition, "Sinners and Saints". Achievements, achievements and honors Two faculty members of the Institute of Nursing (IN) were recipients of the University Faculty Award during the 87th Foundation Anniversary. The Institute of Education (IE) continues to provide quality education keeping in mind the aspiration of the University.

The admissions page on the FEU website has been updated with the help of the Marketing and Communications Office. However, AFA only visited schools in Mindanao because of the positive response from schools in the area.

In line with NACSRA's ongoing efforts to prepare school registrars for the challenges of education reforms and ASEAN integration, NACSRA officials and board members visited NTU to benchmark against the university's best practices and standards in terms of. Chan Kwon Lok and NTU's Directors of Academic Services, IT Services, Admissions and Financial Aid welcomed the group of Filipino registrars. Toh presented and discussed NTU's campus model, university profile and student services under the Registrar's Office.

The other officials met with the Filipino delegates and discussed NTU's online-based processes, record security features, enrollment of foreign students, course credits and issuance of academic records.

Latin Honors, SY 2014-2015

It was reviewed and approved by the Legal Education Committee in preparation for the opening of the program in the 1st semester of 2014-2015. Monitoring of student behavior on campus was achieved through regular visits by disciplinary officers. The FEU Theater Guild competed in the University of the Philippines Curtain Call and won Best Play, Best Actor and Best Actress for their abridged version of their hit Usapang X.

FEU Dance Company won 1st place in the National Choreography Competition organized by the Bayanihan Philippine National Folk Dance Company at the Cultural Center of the Philippines. Drum Line FEU Drum & Bugle Corps retained the championship in the Philippine Drum Line Association, Inc.'s Drum Battle Competition. More than 24,000 people have attended various PCC productions not only at the FEU Auditorium but also at venues such as FEU. Chapel, FEU Diliman and College of St.

Campus tours will be intensified with FEU's partnership with the Museum Foundation of the Philippines, Inc. Creation of FEU-ARPS LinkedIn as another potent platform to disseminate information and connect with the alumni community. Accomplishments, Achievements and Honors UAAP Season 77 saw the return of the FEU men's basketball team to the UAAP Finals.

In the finals, the UAAP attendance record was once again set as more than 25,000 fans attended Games 2 and 3 of the FEU and NU matches at the Araneta Coliseum. Management of the FEU Cheering Squad was transferred from the Physical Education Department to the Athletics Department last January 2015. With the move, the athletic department named national coach Randell San Gregorio as the new head coach of the FEU Cheering Squad.

ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT

In November 2014, with the help of the AVPAD, FEU underwent the Institutional Sustainability Assessment (ISA) conducted by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). Goh Chor Boon, the vice dean of the National Institute of Education, delivered the first lecture series. Ongoing research mentorship for faculty members in the Department of Mathematics also emerged as partnerships with the University of the Philippines at Los Baños.

As part of the articulation programme, the university has also conducted several symposia in collaboration with the National Institute of Education Singapore (NIE) and Taylor's University Malaysia. During the academic year, three sets of the seminar workshop Culture of Teaching and Services were held. The teaching philosophy seminar workshop was intended for some program managers and assistant program managers.

This will continue to be awarded to the rest of the university's faculty this summer. URC organized a number of research seminar workshops and conferences for both students and faculty members for the University Belt Consortium. The performance evaluation of faculty and faculty copy systems are the two most important achievements of the office in the field of IT systems.

The Institute of Nursing faculty members were all trained in the use of TIES and 100% of their comprehensive examinations were done online through the facility.

CORPORATE AFFAIRS

In addition to managing the marketing and communications offices and bookstores of the FEU group of schools, the FEU Publications Office was officially placed under its umbrella during the year. The Marketing and Communications Office (MCO) updated its important documents as it became part of the FEU offices being examined for ISO certification. MCO updated the official FEU Brand Manual used by the FEU schools' marketing offices to ensure consistency.

The Bookstore inaugurated its fifth branch in the lobby of the Technology Building on the ground floor. With this additional space, the bookstore is ready to serve the future students of the senior high school. Efforts were made last school year to improve the qualifications of the FEU Bookstore employees.

At the beginning of the academic year, one researcher was hired and four writers were commissioned. All security materials during the 87th FEU foundation anniversary were also designed and printed by the office, thus contributing to the maintenance of the FEU brand. The FTS Team successfully managed the construction of the new chilled water plant on the roof deck of the Technology Building.

The data center was moved from the ground floor of the Administration Building to the second floor of the Annex Building.

FACILITIES AND TECHNICAL SERVICES

Installation of cooling water piping for the entire campus FTS also assisted with the technical requirements and cost evaluation of the newly constructed 17-story FEU Institute of Technology (FIT) building. The FEU Data Center was also transferred from the 1st floor of the Administration Building to the 2nd floor of the Annex Building. The QMO further helps the various university offices to overcome challenges in the implementation of the QMS.

Most importantly, it aims to achieve and maintain ISO 9001 certification of QMS from Far Eastern University. The financial year 2014-2105 was a very challenging one for QMO for two reasons: it had to ensure the renewal of the ISO 9001:2008 certification of the FEU Manila Campus;. However, the organization must undergo a monitoring audit every year within the validity of the certificate to ensure compliance with the requirements of the standard.

Control of documents and records: One of the requirements of the ISO standard is the control of documents and records. Internal quality auditors were designated as the Internal Quality Audit Team (IQuAT) to preserve the group's name and thereby empower members to conduct audits. These groups underwent a series of trainings to make them more efficient in the performance of their respective duties and responsibilities to improve the QMS.

Internal quality audit: One of the requirements of the ISO standard is to carry out an internal quality audit (IQA).

HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

This report provides a snapshot of the health needs of students, teachers and employees and the health services provided by hospital staff during the first quarter of the school year. The Campus Ministry is a collaborative partnership of the Archdiocese of Manila with FEU to promote holistic human development among the students, faculty, and university officials. A number of Campus Ministry activities were specifically designed for this purpose: Bible Sharing, Bible Study, Weekly Salt (Bible reminders in the form of small cards sent after each Bible study session), Recollection (half-day reflection sessions given to all students by year level).

The Peace Essay Writing Competition was also held with the theme "Peace: The Practice of Living with Justice and Compassion." The awards ceremony was held on October 1, 2014. This was for the 80 faculty members of Dona Teodora Alonzo High School (DTAHS), a public high school in Sta. The aim of the seminar-workshop was to review and revise the Peace Education syllabus and modules.

An orientation lecture was held by ACP3FI on Universal Human Rights for the female inmates of the Manila City Jail, in collaboration with the FEU Community Services & NSTP and the Bureau of Prison Management and Penology.
